Paintwork external (metal gates also need oil)
Railing placed along wall on a staircase (do not have this)
Top step of staircase just needs to be fixed
Tiling skirting in bathroom (do not have tiles but can get them)
Shelf installed in bathroom (have the shelf)
Handle installed on door for storage under the stairs (have the handle)
Looking for the work to be done ASAP
Available to meet at the property at short notice |
